City Star requires a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee equal to the first nights room rate will be charged. For special events and groups a longer cancellation period maybe required and this will be advised at time of booking.
City Star is located close to the Central Business District but without the hubbud and bustle, City Star Motor Inn is located opposite a large pleasant inner city park offering picnic facilities and recreational grounds. QUT Garden Point campus, Queensland Parliament House, the Botanic Gardens, Southbank and the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Queensland State Library, Queensland Art Gallery and Museum, and Queensland Cultural Centre are all just an inner city bus or Rivercat ride away. Mount Olivet Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Mater Hospital and Greenslopes Private Hospital are within a short and easy drive.
From the north on the Pacific Highway take the Vulture Street Exit (2) turn left at the first set of traffic lights at Main Street. Proceed towards Kangaroo Point and the Story Bridge. From the south on the Pacific Motorway take the Stanley Street exit (2) turn right at the first set of traffic lights at Allen Street. Turn right into Vulture Street then turn left at the second set of traffic lights at Main Street. City Star is located on the corner of Main Street and Sinclair Street.
