Children: Children are welcome but there are additional charges in room for children over five years.
Disabled: There is access for guests with a disability. Facilities available for guests with disabilities include two rooms available with wide doorways, showers with easy access and rails. There are numerous steps around the property, although a stair lift is available to access all areas of the property. All the disabled rooms can be accessed without the need to negotiate steps.
Miscellaneous:
Reception is located directly in front of the main building, parking is available throughout the property.
Cancellation must be received within 24 hours prior to arrival or a cancellation fee of the full room rate will be charged.
A baggage holding room is available.
Road access is via South Pine Road turn into Eatons Crossing Road, travel five kilometres, then turn into Clear Mountain Road, follow this road for six kilometres and Quality Hotel Clear Mountain sits at the top of the mountain. Transfers can be arranged and booked via and independent coach company or taxis.
Guide dogs are welcome.
Stereos, compact disc players and video cassette recorders are available on request.
