Children: Children are welcome, the property has a children's pool and fenced grassed area.
Disabled: Guests with a disability are catered for with disabled rooms containing arm rails and chair in bathroom, and lift and pool access.
Miscellaneous:
Low Season: No cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled seven days or more prior to guest arrival. One night's cancellation fee shall apply if the booking is cancelled six days or less prior to guest arrival, or in the case of a no-show. Short notice bookings: For bookings made less than 10 days prior to guest arrival, the client is allowed 48 hours to make full payment. Should the full payment not be received within 48 hours, the booking is cancelled. In these circumstances, a cancellation fee will not be applied. Group Cancellation Policy Low Season: No cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to guest arrival. One night's cancellation fee shall apply if the booking is cancelled 13 days or less prior to guest arrival, or in the case of a no-show. Peak Season: No cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to guest arrival. No refund will be issued if a booking is cancelled 13 days or less prior to guest arrival, or in the case of a no-show.
Two bedroom apartments are dual-key style. One car parking space is available per unit.
From the Bruce Highway follow the signs to Hervey Bay. Enter Hervey Bay onto Boat Harbour Drive. Follow this road all the way to the stop sign at Charlton Esplanade, then turn left, then turn right into Miller Street, then turn left into Buccaneer Drive. Mantra Hervey Bay is 50 metres along on the right hand side.
Room rates do not include GST. All additional items are subject to 10 per cent GST. Extra Person: AUD30.00. Cot or high chair hire is AUD15.00 per night each. Continental or buffet breakfast is AUD17.50 per person. Porterage is AUD2.20 per person.
