The Tin Can Bay Seafood Festival is a full day of family entertainment, free activities, music, food, cold and hot seafood and other assorted delicious things to keep you going. Various activities and competitions are held throughout the day. Fashion Parades, belly dancing and music will keep your toes tapping while wandering along looking at the fishing information and market stalls dotted amongst the parklands.
One of the most popular attractions is the helicopter joy flights over the extensive waterways. Camel and pony rides, Laser Tag and much more for the children while the cooking demonstrations and the Beer Tent, motor bike and veteran car displays appeal to the parents. Great food, good fun and a Boat and Trailer raffle drawn at 4.00 p.m. make this one of the best family fun days on the Sunshine Coast between Noosa and Hervey Bay.
