MV Trekka is the largest fishing vessel operating out of Noosa for Fishing Offshore Noosa. Trekka is a 12 by 5.5 metre flybridge catamaran, powered by twin 318 horse-power turbo charged inboard diesel engines. The M.V Trekka hosts a safe and extremely comfortable 360 degree all round fishing deck. Enjoy all the comforts of home including, toilet, shower, lounge, galley and security of state of the art navigational and safety equipment. This purpose built catamaran offers a fast cruising speed and excellent stability for group or individual bookings.
They also have a brand new custom built charter boat which is 13.5 metres long and is powered by twin 500 Cummins, due to be launched in the new few months. Trekka II is a 10 by 3.5 metre wide body cougar catamaran powered by twin 225 horse-power four stroke outboard engines. This fast and quiet vessel hosts a large rear fishing deck, toilet, shower, lounge and galley and is ideal for group or individual bookings.

All vessels operate seven days a week subject to weather conditions and minimum trip numbers. Fishing Offshore Noosa offers half day, three quarter day, full day, overnight and extended fishing charters. Most trips target a wide variety of colorful and delicious eating local reef fish. Also an exciting range of speedy and cunning pelagic fish are often taken by floaters. Trolling sport or game fishing can be arranged by prior booking. The local sea bed consists of many different areas and types of reefs. This allows their skippers to vary fishing depths and destinations to suit prevailing winds.
Seasickness: To reduce the risk of your special day being spoiled by seasickness you may wish to take some anti seasickness tablets prior to your trip. Please seek advice from your Pharmacist when purchasing your tablets. Some contributing factors are: Lack of sleep, too much alcohol or unusual food the night before.
