If you cancel 22 days or more before arrival there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel 21 days or less prior to arriving or if you "no show" (do not turn up) they charge your credit card with 50 per cent or the accommodation or one night cancellation fee - whichever is greater.

Great, quiet location away from flightpaths and metropolitan areas. Afforable, resort style motel rooms and spacious one or two bedroom apartments. All tiled throughout, with air-conditioning and overhead fans. Three separate buildings set amongst tropical palm gardens and an inground pool and gazebo setting. Includes fax, photocopying, data port phones. Tennis court has racket hire. Luggage storage is also available.

Location is five and a half kilometres south-west of Cairn Central Business District, located on the service road parallel to the Bruce Highway and opposite intersection of Highway and Ray Jones Drive. Only eight minutes drive to the city and 15 minutes to the airport.

There is no charge for children under 12 years if using existing bedding.
