Children: Children over the age of two are charged, for the campers they have a specially designed family amenity room including a baby bath. They have a full time Activities Co-ordinator who organises an activities program all year through from Kermit's Kid Club, face painting mini golf tournaments to pizza and outdoor movie nights and much much more. Families are very much encouraged with plenty of space for kids to play.
Disabled: There is access throughout the resort for wheel chair access and for guests with a disability. Separate mens and ladies full bathrooms provided (Australian Standard) with access for guests with a disability. A Double Deluxe Ensuite Cabin is available which has been specifically designed for wheel chair access and for guests with a disability.
Miscellaneous:
During peak periods, 14 days notice is required to cancel booking. During off peak periods, 24 hours notice is required. Deposit will be forfeited if room can not be re-let.
Clients can access the property off Shute Harbour Road, four and a half kilometres before downtown Airlie Beach. Coming from the airport, a local bus service will drop off at the front door and Queensland Rail has the same service. Coming from the south, turn right after Proserpine at the Whitsunday turn off sign, continue for around 19 kilometres, the property is on the left, 200 metres past the Centro Shopping Centre, just look for the big green frog. From the north, turn left at the Whitsunday's turn off sign, travel for around 25 kilometres, the property is on the left, again look for the big green frog.
Single night surcharge applies to all cabins. Season dates and rates for powered and unpowered camping sites vary, please contact the operator for rates. Stay seven nights, pay for six on Unpowered and Powered sites during the Low 2008 / 2009 season. Extra person per night or per week varies in seasons, please contact the operator for rates.
