Cancellations up to 14 days prior to check-in result in loss of AUD100.00 deposit. Between 14 days and 48 hours prior to check-in, cancellation fee is AUD100.00 or 50 per cent of payment made, whichever is greater. Within 48 hours prior to check-in, cancellations are subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee.

Virgin and Jetstar offer daily flights to both Whitsunday Coast Airport and Hamilton Island Airport. For transfers from Proserpine Airport (35 kilometres) you can choose to travel with Whitsunday Transit Coaches (AUD16.00 per person) or by taxi/limousine. Greyhound and Premier bus companies set down at Airlie Beach daily. Trains set down daily in Proserpine
For transfers from Hamilton Island Airport you can choose to travel by ferry (approximately AUD45.00 per person) to Shute Harbour Marina with Fantasea Ferries or to Abel Point Marina with Cruise Whitsunday Ferries. Buses meet each ferry and taxis are available. Blue Horizons is a 15 minute drive from Shute Harbour Marina and a five minute drive from Abel Point Marina.
